Commonly referred to as an MBR or MCBR, it is one of the most valuable ships in the game. Due to the gravitonic accelerator, low cost, cloaking device and large (for it's size) fuel tanks the Meteor Class Blockade Runner is the mainstay of most privateer fleets. It is not uncommon for MBRs to travel in packs of 4 or more and/or with BR4s and BR5s. Since it has gravatonic accelerators, even with Quantum Drive 7s or Hyper Drive 8s it is still faster than other ships. And, with 4 torpedo tubes it can still pack a punch if necessary - though usually there are more valuable and less risky uses for a MCBR than fighting.
