Overview
Amorphous are a native race found on planets scattered throughout the galaxy. They are generally regarded as the least desired race. They are also the most common type of native occurring twice as often as any other native.
What makes them nasty?
Amorphous worms eat 500 colonists (5 clans) per turn, more if their happiness is below 90. This makes it very difficult to maintain colonies on hostile climates
Additionally, they do not pay taxes (and become unhappy if you try it anyway), are immune to assimilation, and cannot be killed in civil wars.
Beneficial side effects
The Glory Device can kill them instantly for a tremendous amount of supplies. In fact, it is the only reliable way to kill these natives.
Fascist players can also occasionally pillage them to generate additional supplies and money, then pop it when the time comes.
