The Aggregator is a campaign-only ship at Planets.nu. It was designed by Kallren, who was the champion of the Temporis war.

The interdictor is a "gravity well generator", like a giant tractor beam that prevents ships from moving away from the Interdictor. Any ship without enough power or hull mass cannot move away from the interdictor.

Notes

The base power of the interdictor depends on its engine type. E.g. it is 81 kt for Transwarp engines. When the ship is at warp 9, the range of field is 81 ly. You can stop any ship less than 81 kt from moving away.

If you reduce your warp speed, the range of the field will drop down (to the square of the warp speed). However the strength of the field will increase, according to the interdiction field strength chart (see below). E.g. with Transwarps at warp 4, the radius is 16 ly, but power is 410, which will prevent any ship 410 kt from moving away.

This ability will also affects cloaked ships, but it does not decloak them.

You can have 2 Interdictors with overlapping fields, but does not increase the strength of either field. Each field is treated individually based on its own power. If you have 2 or 3 interdictors, you can stop a ship from moving in any direction.

No ship can tow within an interdiction field. So the moment a ship is towing and hits an interdiction field, the tow will get stopped. The towing ship will continue to move, and ship that was towed will stop. You can also use this to prevent your ships from being towed off of planets.
