Ability of The_Evil_Empire in Standard games which allows fighters to be transported up to 200 ly to and from Starbases, or to and from other ships with this ability.
This is incredibly useful in getting fighters to where you want quickly. When you don't need the fighters, you can send them elsewhere. Sending fighters after a Gorbie has arrived at its destination can also save fuel, which can be crucially short for EE.
