The Heavy Deep Space Freighter is a new ship introduced in 2024. It can be used in debris disks to haul larger loads than normal (the LDSF is not able to enter debris disks).

In Campaign mode, its low Fleet Point cost could make it an alternative for the Large Deep Space Freighter.
