Final design upgrade that further increases hull armor and fuel capacity and, unlike the intermediate Thor B, actually makes a difference against carriers in the Fed's favor.

As long as they retain control of this ship (so as to benefit from the Fed Crew Bonus), no luck (right side bonus) or external configuration (Engine-Shield Bonus) is necessary to deal significant damage to the best carriers.
