• Sensor Sweep - Search for enemy colonies on nearby planets.
• Land and Disassemble - Dismantle this ship on an owned or unowned planet.
• Try to Intercept - Try to intercept the ship you have selected.
• Beam up Fuel - from Planet you are over
• Beam up Duranium - from Planet you are over
• Beam up Tritanium - from Planet you are over
• Beam up Molybdenum - from Planet you are over
• Beam up Supplies - from Planet you are over

Missions Available to Cloak Capable Ships

• Cloak - Make this ship invisible to enemies.

Missions Available To Torpedo Class Ships

• Lay Mines - Convert your torpedos to deep space mines.

Missions Available To bio Scanner Ships

• Bio Scan - Search for native life on nearby planets.

Race Specific Missions

Birdmen Ships

• Super Spy - Cloak and spy on an enemy planet for info or to change its friendly code.

Evil Empire Ships

• Dark Sense - Sense enemy colonies and starbases on nearby planets.

Crystal Torp Class Ships

• Lay Web Mines - Will convert torps into Deep space Web mines that entrap enemy ships and drain fuel

Lizard Ships With Beam Weapons

• Hisssss! - Increase the happiness on the planet you orbit.

Federation Ships

• Super Refit - Upgrade this ship to the best available parts. Must be at a starbase to work.

Rebel Ships

Rebel Ground Attack - Sabotage the planet to destroy buildings and kill colonists.

Colonial and Robotic Carrier Class Ships

• Build Fighters - Build fighters on your ship for 3 tritanium, 2 molybdenum and 5 supplies each.

Privateer Ships

• Rob Ship - Rob an enemy ship of its fuel or cargo.
