Fascist-exclusive design upgrade that augments the Deth Specula with Recloak Intercept. This ability is different than the Bird Men's Cloak & Intercept ability. A main difference is that the Deth Spec's recloak intercept mission does not allow you to intercept and stay cloaked without setting a primary enemy.

The Recloak Intercept mission allows for the Deth Spec Stealth to recloak after attacking a target. It is not cloaked while on the way to its target. If combat does not occur, the Deth Spec will not recloak after intercepting. If combat occurs and the Deth Spec is undamaged, it will recloak after combat.
