* Pretend I am someone who has never played a turn before.  What conditions must be met before my ship over a planet will perform RGA?
** I know the ship must have fuel
** I know the FC must be set to RGA
** I also know that the planet does not have to belong to an enemy.  (Be careful not to use RGA against your own planets, unless you really want.)
** Does the ship need have clans onboard?
** Do there have to be colonists or will it work on an unoccupied planet with natives?
** Any other requirements?

:I've clarified the page a good bit. No friendly code needed, no clans needed, planet must be owned, and watch out for hostile ships. Hope this clears any potential concerns for newcomers. --[[User:ChallengeSpaceYard|CSY]] ([[User talk:ChallengeSpaceYard|talk]]) 12:32, 23 June 2013 (PDT)

I've clarified the page a good bit. No friendly code needed, no clans needed, planet must be owned, and watch out for hostile ships. Hope this clears any potential concerns for newcomers. --CSY (talk) 12:32, 23 June 2013 (PDT)
