Design upgrade that gives the Falcon a Blink cloaking device. This allows it to cloak for one turn, but then is forced to remain uncloaked the following turn.
Unlike the original Falcon Class Escort, the Smugglers Falcon cannot land on planets with an active Energy Defense Field. Also, the Blink Cloak device does not allow it to make Priority Intercept attacks.
