Errors in volunteer made Documentation and in the 'Starmap' panel of the 'Design Your Game' screen:

Claims max Star Clusters is 50, in reality the upper boundary is 22.
Claims max Nebulae is 10, in reality the upper boundary is 15.
Claims max Debri Disk is 30, in reality the upper boundary is 245, but the number of Star Clusters and Nebulae subtract from this upper boundary (208 max if you have 22 Star Clusters and 15 Nebulae for example)

Interest Phase
Public Custom Sectors have a phase where people can show interest in them on the 'Interest' section of the 'Games List'. When enough people show interest, they are moved to the top of a waiting list under Custom Sectors.
Once there is enough room in the 'New Games' Section of the 'Games List', the Sector will be moved to it and all those that showed Interest are messaged.
You can join the game immediately while in the interest phase and once all positions taken, the Sector will begin.

Settings
Not all settings are applicable, for example unless the Win Condition is set to 'Fixed Turn', the Fixed Turn variable doesn't matter.
- "Glyn: either of "campaignmode: true" / "productionqueue: true" overrides and makes the "fascistdoublebeams:", "starbasefightertransfer:" and the "superspyadvanced:" settings to 'true' even if it doesn't say so."
- "Glyn: Untested, but I'm assuming this is true for "cloakandintercept:" as well."
