This is a significant improvement, as it makes it a very cheap PP cost for a Fury ship with a cloaking device and two engines. It can be used to cloak and tow, or to trade with other players, making it very useful for its PP cost. The other Fury cloakers are the Deth Spec (was 4 PP, now 3) and the D7 (5 PP). This PP reduction gives the D3 new life and purpose in the Fury fleet.
