 |Notes=Commonly referred to as an MBR or MCBR, it is one of the most valuable ships in the game. Due to the [[Gravitonic_Accelerator|gravitonic accelerator]], low cost, cloaking device and large (for it's size) fuel tanks the Meteor Class Blockade Runner is the mainstay of most [[privateer]] fleets. It is not uncommon for MBRs to travel in [[Wolfpack|packs]] of 4 or more and/or with BR4s and BR5s.  Since it has gravatonic accelerators, even with Quantum Drive 7s or Hyper Drive 8s it is still faster than other ships.  And, with 4 torpedo tubes it can still pack a punch if necessary - though usually there are more valuable and less risky uses for a MCBR than fighting.
