  • Pretend I am someone who has never played a turn before. What conditions must be met before my ship over a planet will perform RGA.
    • I know the ship must have fuel
    • I know the FC must be set to RGA
    • I also know that the planet can be one of mine
    • Does the ship need have clans onboard?
    • Do there have to be colonists or will it work on an unoccupied planet with natives?
    • Any other requirements?
