Hiss

Hiss is a race advantage. It allows a ship to threaten the natives and clans on a planet, increasing happiness by 5. This takes place before the taxation phase.

Any Lizard starship with beams can execute this mission to improve the economy of the planet it is orbiting at the before the movement phase.
