While successfully cloaked, this ship will add its fighter bays and some fighters to other carriers of the same owner, at the same location during combat. Only one Red Wind ship may add its fighter bays during combat.
Note: The Federation Crew Bonus has no impact on the number of fighter bays that the Red Wind Storm-Carrier grants.
